We’re seeking an energetic and outgoing Event Customer Service Representative to join our growing event outreach team ! This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with people , thrive in fast-paced environments , and want to gain hands-on experience in customer service, event marketing, and community engagement. No prior experience required—paid training provided.
Represent clients at community events, pop-up promotions, and outreach campaigns
Greet attendees, answer questions, and provide a positive customer experience
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and onsite organization
Engage with the public to share information about products, services, or nonprofit causes
Support team leads with event flow, customer inquiries, and basic reporting
Maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor at all times
Communicate event results, customer feedback, and engagement trends to leadership
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to work at event sites (retail venues, community centers, festivals, etc.)
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable engaging with diverse groups
Team-oriented with a willingness to take initiative
Able to stand for extended periods and move event materials as needed
Paid training with ongoing coaching and mentorship
Hands-on experience in events, customer service, and outreach
