Busy Family Dental office in Auburn NY is looking for a Front desk receptionist. No experience required. We will train the right candidate who is friendly, organized and can create a welcoming environment.

Office hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Thursday. Competitive wages, 401k, paid holidays, vacation, uniform allowance and bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and register patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accurate patient records.
• Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide information to patients.
• Process payments, maintain patient accounts, and handle billing procedures. .Verify insurance coverage, collect patient information, and prepare necessary paperwork.
• Maintain patient charts, update medical histories, and handle confidential information.
• Assist with office tasks such as filing, scanning, and maintaining inventory.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and treatment schedules.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
