As experts in protecting what matters most to businesses and individuals, we're looking to bring on our next Receptionist in Las Vegas, NV! This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to pivot into insurance - a recession stable industry. As the Receptionist, you will be the first person to welcome our clients, vendors, and employees - allowing you to foster meaningful connections daily.


How you'll make an impact

  • Welcome onsite-visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel. Maintains lobby appearance.
  • Answers incoming phone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards call to appropriate personnel. Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
  • Sorts and routes incoming mail, either paper or electronic, to the appropriate personnel. Processes outgoing mail including UPS/FedEx packages.
  • Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies including business cards and specialty printed materials.
  • Performs clerical duties such as photocopying, filing and maintaining data.
  • Provide administrative support to the P&C Department such as providing clients with auto ID cards, Certificates of Insurance, taking payments, policy changes or cancellations, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.
About You

Required: High school diploma; no experience required.


Preferred: Administrative experience preferred.

Behaviors: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills highly desirable.
