As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a well-known hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for guests and staff. Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort property, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter potential security-related risks and provide a visible presence.
  • Document and report any incidents, observations, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
  • Assist guests and staff with security-related concerns and provide information or directions as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with hotel and resort personnel to support a welcoming and secure environment for all occupants and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
