Job Summary: Join a dynamic healthcare team as an Administrative Medical Assistant, where you will play a vital role in supporting and streamlining front office operations. This position involves implementing administrative systems, managing procedures and policies, and overseeing various administrative projects to ensure smooth daily functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all typing and copying tasks, including creating forms, maintaining menu systems, and preparing reports, minutes, and communications for physicians and hospital staff.
• Ensure timely completion of correspondence and documentation as directed by management.
• Answer phones, retrieve voicemails, and initiate contact or paging for physicians and departmental associates, ensuring continuous phone coverage.
• Maintain accurate message taking and correspondence filing for both patient and non-patient related materials.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance front office efficiency and effectiveness.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Coursework or training in administrative duties, typing, word processing, spreadsheets, and communication skills is preferred.

Experience & Requirements: Previous experience in administrative or receptionist roles is advantageous. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to thrive in this role.

Work Shift: First shift, full-time, 40 hours per week.
