About the Role The AI‑Powered Search & Content Optimization Lead drives visibility and audience engagement through a modern, AI‑powered approach to search and content. This role combines deep SEO and emerging AEO expertise with generative AI fluency to ensure that our brand, content, and insights surface across both traditional search engines and AI‑driven discovery platforms. The person will also have a strong understanding of how to rapidly create and optimize content at scale for use across Marketing channels, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and measurable impact. In this role you will Lead the strategy and execution for organic visibility and audience growth across search (SEO) and AI answer engines (AEO). Research, test, and implement optimization tactics for AI‑driven search and discovery experiences. Write, edit, and publish high‑quality content (web, blog, guides, thought leadership, etc.) aligned with SEO, AEO, and brand strategy — using AI tools to enhance speed and relevance. Develop scalable content processes and frameworks that enable efficient creation, optimization, repurposing, and distribution across multiple channels. Build and manage an AI‑assisted content workflow, identifying best‑in‑class tools to support ideation, outlining, writing, and performance analysis. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (demand gen, brand, product marketing) to align content with audience needs and company goals. Define and maintain performance metrics — track search visibility, engagement, and conversion to continually improve results. Stay ahead of industry changes in generative search, multimodal AI, and evolving user behavior to guide marketing strategy. Requirements 6+ years of experience in SEO strategy and execution, with a strong understanding of content, analytics, and broader digital marketing Proven track record of writing, editing, and publishing content that drives measurable search and engagement performance. Deep knowledge of SEO and AI‑search (AEO) best practices, with curiosity to experiment as platforms evolve. Highly skilled at using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) for research, content creation, and optimization. Proficient in SEO and analytics platforms (Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, GA4, etc.). Excellent communicator with strong editing, storytelling, and organizational skills, maintaining high editorial standards while producing content at scale. Self‑starter mindset — comfortable owning both strategy and execution in a dynamic, hands‑on environment. The salary for this position ranges between $135,000-$155,000, which includes base salary and variable components. This is decided based on many factors, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
