POSITION: Computer Engineer

LOCATION: Hybrid telework per NSWCPD guidelines

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Computer Engineer position provides technical support for the design, development, testing, evaluation of software and systems that enable computers to perform their many applications.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES COMPUTER ENGINEER:

• Software Development in various languages including (C, C++, JavaScript)
• Hands on interaction with multiple software and hardware platforms
• Provide technical expertise during evaluation discussions
• Command a clear understanding of Hardware and Software Integration issues. 

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COMPUTER ENGINEER ROLE:  

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering required
• 1 Years of Professional Experience in computer design, software development or Computer Networking
• Successful applicants must either have an active government security clearance or the ability to receive approval upon position acceptance.
