Job Summary: Nuprodx Mobility, market leader in bathroom mobility products, was recently acquired by Sunrise Medical, a global leader in manual and power wheelchairs. Nuprodx now has access to Sunrise's large national and global sales force and needs to increase its technical support and customer service operations, thus we are seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with exceptional customer service to support our phenomenal life-changing products. You will work closely with our Sales Managers, Dealers, VA Clients, and End Customers to perform remote evaluations, spec out equipment, ensure proper fit in customers' bathrooms, support remote set-ups, and coordinate deliveries and setups with third party providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly call and/or FaceTime customers to remotely evaluate their bathrooms. This involves obtaining pictures, measurements of both the bathroom and client, and learning as much as possible about the operating environment.
  • Generate quotes and orders in QuickBooks based on the information obtained.
  • Support remote deliveries and setups. Our products are easy to install and, in most cases, customers can do their own installations with live technical support.
  • Manage and coordinate evaluations and setups with third party service providers.
  • Become a Nuprodx product expert and support overall technical questions for the Sales and Customer Service departments.
  • Help develop and publish product demonstrations and technical training videos. As well as support live product sales training.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in technical support or technical sales or similar role.
  • Ability to learn a new product and become a product expert.
  • Fundamental engineering skills such as properly taking measurements, understanding the operating environment, and then prescribing the best solution.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The interview process will include taking bathroom measurements and your ability to accurately measure and assess the situation.
Preferred Qualifications:

• ATP (Assistive Technology Professional) Certification.
