About the Role

We are looking for a creative, collaborative, and passionate brand marketer to lead the multibilliondollar Active & Mens categories at Old Navy. The Director of Brand Marketing Active will define and execute brand strategies that drive engagement, cultural relevance, and business impact across Mens, Womens, and Kids categories, while also marketing the growing Mens fashion line.

What Youll Do

  • Lead the development of Active product positioning, seasonal strategies, messaging, and campaign narratives tailored to customer segments.
  • Create and execute 360marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, engagement, and conversion, partnering with creative, digital, retail, growth, and media teams.
  • Serve as the internal and external steward of brand equity, ensuring all channels work toward a consistent brand vision.
  • Collaborate with Social, PR, and Influencer teams to produce culturally relevant and trendforward storytelling.
  • Develop highvisibility cultural milestones around launches and drops that drive brand impact and commercial success.
  • Own the sports marketing strategy, leveraging sport to connect with customers and create brand excitement.
  • Align brand moments, audiences, and touchpoints across the organization, acting as a cultural integrator.
  • Guide agencies, creatives, and producers to think boldly, move quickly, and deliver measurable results.
  • Measure and report on brand initiatives, partnering on campaign effectiveness metrics and brand health measurement solutions.
  • Leverage customer insights to inform marketing strategies and drive growth.

Who You Are

  • 15+ years of brand marketing experience in fashion, retail, or consumer lifestyle brands.
  • Deep understanding of womens consumer behaviors and cultural trends.
  • Proven track record of launching highimpact campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing crossfunctional teams and external partners.
  • Exceptional storytelling and creative sensibility; passion for fashion content.
  • Ability to navigate a fastpaced, matrixed organization and drive alignment across teams.
  • Datadriven mindset with experience leveraging insights to shape marketing strategies.
