Base pay range $56,500.00/yr - $104,000.00/yr Responsibilities As a Director of Rehabilitation, you lead a team of compassionate clinicians who help patients get well. You and your team bring power back to the patients you serve. You will oversee all rehab services in your facility, support your team by providing direct patient care, and ensure the highest standards of rehabilitation services. You're a teacher, a healer, and a helper, which is why you got into this line of work. You're a team player and are looking for collaboration, but you're also happy to make referrals to help your patient get the care they need to thrive. You're adept at growing and mentoring your clinical team while also addressing patients' needs. You will support therapists and assistants in designing, implementing, and executing programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' abilities. You're adaptable and in tune with the needs of your team and the patient, and you can find joy in the variety of work and settings. You are a Director of Rehab who supports, grows, and mentors your clinical team while always prioritizing patients. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology) required; Master's degree preferred Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing required Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems Thorough knowledge of all state practice acts Ability to positively interact with staff, patients, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the public Ability to effectively manage and motivate staff Posted Salary Range: USD $56,500.00 - USD $104,000.00 /Yr.
