We are looking to hire event hospitality staff to work on upcoming major events in the Bay Area!

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team. As an integral part of our events, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for all guests. This role requires individuals who are passionate about customer service and have the ability to manage various tasks in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will possess skills in events management, conflict resolution, and guest services, making them well-suited to contribute positively to our events.

Duties

• Assist in the setup of event spaces, ensuring all areas are clean and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
• Manage activation during events, including guest relations, tours, crowd control
• Facilitate guest services by providing information and support throughout the event.
• Engage with attendees through public speaking when necessary, ensuring clear communication of event details.
• Monitor activities to ensure safety protocols are followed, particularly in environments involving children or aquatic activities.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during events.
• Support service operations as needed, maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Experience

• Previous experience in events management or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Experience working with children is a plus, especially in environments such as resorts or theaters.
