Sales Consultant – Duncanville, TX We are looking for a Sales Consultant who loves meeting awesome people, has a flexible schedule, and enjoys helping others find and achieve personal/fitness goals. The role reports directly to the Club Manager. Compensation Hourly rate $11.00 – $15.00 per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities. Responsibilities Become the greatest ambassador and promoter of Workout Anytime, our brand, clubs, and services. Greet and check in all members. Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner. Set up new memberships. Sell personal training. Conduct guest tours. Assist with the club’s daily cleaning and maintenance. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Create relationships inside and outside the gym. Qualifications Outgoing, flexible, dependable, and able to work independently. Some experience in the fitness industry is great; a passion for helping people is required. Flexible work schedule preferred, with availability to work some weekends.
