We are prioritizing qualified candidates located in New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), or Massachusetts (MA) . While we offer the flexibility of remote work, we highlight applicants from these states to ensure strong regional ties and seamless collaboration within our teams.
As a Medical Record Assistant within our Record Retrievals Department, you would be responsible for receiving and organizing discs of Radiology Films and uploading into our proprietary software. A large portion of this role will be utilizing Adobe Acrobat to organize and catalog these records as PDF files, which requires strong technical skills as well as being good at managing deadlines. This is an in-office position located in Saugerties, NY.

· Process all discs that arrive in the mail(daily)
· Entering/Uploading discs in our proprietary software
· Medical Office/Customer Service Experience
· Adobe Acrobat & Microsoft Office Experience
· Ability to work in templates.
· Organizational Skills
· Not afraid to learn new technology and software.
