The Senior Sourcer is responsible for leading all aspects of candidate sourcing and talent generation within the financial services industry for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions clients. This includes developing and executing complex sourcing strategies and utilizing a wide range of tools and methods to attract candidates for roles at all levels, including retail banking, branch managers, and tellers. The Senior Sourcer will support three recruiters across designated functional areas and may have occasional interaction with client partners.
**Responsibilities:**
Implement creative sourcing strategies tailored to each job opening.
Build a diverse, ongoing pipeline of prospective candidates through research, networking, database mining, and complex internet searches.
Leverage a variety of technical tools and platforms to identify and attract high-quality talent.
Manage referrals and other sourcing channels effectively.
Document sourcing methodologies and share best practices with the recruiting team.
Train recruitment team members on new tools, websites, blogs, RSS feeds, networking groups, and additional sourcing resources.
Enter and maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) daily.
Maintain job postings and ensure job boards remain updated and compliant.
**Qualifications:**
**2-3 years of sourcing experience; banking or financial services industry experience preferred.**

**Demonstrated success developing sourcing strategies for various roles and geographic markets.**
**Strong knowledge and hands-on experience using social media sourcing techniques, including passive candidate outreach, contact list generation, database searches, meetups/blogs, research, and cold calling.**
**Ability to develop competitive and demographic analyses to support recruiting strategy.**
**Excellent analytical, organizational, and assessment abilities.**
**Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.**

Pay Rate: 28-30//hr.
