Overview Lakewood Country Club is looking for a dynamic bartender that can engage with our Members and Guests creating memorable experiences. Compensation: $20.00 to $38.00 per hour, Full-Time Availability for all shifts Education and/or Experience High School or GED Two years of comparable service experience preferred. The ability to read, write and execute basic math skills. Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations Greet and acknowledge Members and Guests. Knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. Ability to time the service of each course. Knowledge of wines and spirits. Basic understanding of “steps of service”. We have extremely high expectations for our associates at Lakewood Country Club and we are looking for well balanced individuals to assist us with providing our members with the best service possible. We can teach you the technical aspects of your jobs to assist you in being successful. Your personality and genuine desire to serve the Member that will round out the level of service we are looking to provide at LCC. Lakewood Country Club featured a graceful three-story clubhouse overlooking a woodland that rolled and tumbled pleasantly over a fast growing East Dallas neighborhood. The Club's founding fathers knew the land at the corner of Gaston and Abrams would be an ideal location for Dallas' second 18-hole golf course.
