Duties & responsibilities As a Senior Recruiter , you will manage a full lifecycle recruiting and sales desk, with responsibilities that include: Talent Delivery & Recruiting Partner with your team to fill highly specialized consulting roles in the HR Technology and HR Transformation markets. Source, screen, and build a pipeline of expert consultants for current and future client needs. Coordinate all aspects of consultant hiring - from client requirement intake and resume submissions to interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and smooth onboarding. Client Engagement & Business Development Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients through both cold and warm outreach, targeting organizations embarking on HR Tech and AI initiatives. Conduct strategic client consultations to understand requirements and position ROCKCREST as a trusted HR Tech partner. Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator (for business development), LinkedIn Recruiter (for hiring), and AI-powered recruiting platforms to maximize performance and productivity. Partner with our marketing team to support business development initiatives, including social media campaigns, video content, and conference participation. Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to refine our processes, enhance service delivery, and strengthen our market offering. Performance & Growth Manage and prioritize your workload to consistently achieve monthly targets and goals. Participate in monthly performance reviews to track progress, receive feedback, and align on individual and team objectives. Essential skills College graduate Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment. Strong interpersonal and team playing skills. Customer focused, energetic and driven to succeed. An eagerness to learn and develop your career. Package & perks Starting base pay $55-65K depending on prior experience. Monthly team commission, 1st year $90-110K OTE, 2nd year $135-150K OTE. Unlimited PTO. Health Insurance after completing 90 day probationary period OR $300 per month towards personal health costs. $175 monthly parking permit. Hybrid work policy; Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays work from home. On the desk full lifecycle recruiter training to include candidate generation, screening & management, niche market specialization, client development and account management Training and support to develop your career from Senior Recruiter to Team Leader Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am - 4pm Location: After a 2 week onsite training program move to a hybrid model (subject to performance) Job Type: Full-time Base Pay: $55-65K per year depending on experience.
